March 11th 2011 The horrible day...

Early morning we went to Kompirasan... It's an old temple, well known by the pilgrims to protect the people working in the sea.... We climb a lot of stairs.... To arrive to the old temple... and beautiful panorama... Then we drived from Kotohira to the Iya Valley... Arriving at the minshuku the grand-mother said to Yuta that something bad happened... In her restaurant room the television showed the awfull images of the tsunami in Northern Japan... I was really scared for my friend Aurélie and my jolie Yumi living there.... The grand-mother was really nice with us... We ate a lot and drunk her special alcool trying to go on with our lifes while people not so far have lost everything...

We arrived at Kotohira... A small town... The bridge was wonderfull... The city old but not preserved... Our ryokan was wonderfull... The lantern to show the pilgrim that they are near from Kompira san... Nice diner!!!

because 6 of us go away for holidays!!!!

Today we went to Yoshitaka and Kanae's house!!!

Shina, Anjali and Ryoma were there too!!!

We made an okonomiyaki party!

The cousins met each other...

Ylan didn't want to sleep!

So exciting to meet the japanese family!!

Of course we ate too much!!!

Because all was so so soo good!!!

Today was the girls party in Japan!

To protect them against illness during all the year!

First a big paquet came from Nagaosa's family!!!

Then we all went to Nobuya and Hitomi's place...

A huge feast!!!!!!!!

Everything was so beautiful and soooo good!!!!!

And then Amané wore a kimono!

She looked like a princess!
