Spécial stage de bleu au Moulin

 Usually le "stage de bleu"

is for people specialists working with paper,

from all around the world.

Usually it was in september but because

the Moulin will be sold, Nadine mad ethe last one in august.

Because some of the mixture was left she invited us.

The mixture is made with: lime, 

bicarbonate, potassium, indigo plant pigment and fructose.

It is heated. 

We chose a piece of cloth,

and we humidified and wrunged out it.

Then we fold, crumple, tie it

as we want.

We have to think a lot about what kind 

of design we wanted in order to make it right...

We could put stuff inside:

or press it while folded it.

Then we pu it in the mixture:

more or less,  once or more,

a part yes, an other no...etc...

Then, becaus esome parts are still yellow or gree,

we let it oxydate a little time.

and then we can unfold it !!

After we have to fix it in a bath of white vinegar...

and then let it dry !
