Today was a really warm and sunny day!



So we went to the big park near the house...

This morning Amané
went to Hitomi's place
and they played a lot...

Then back home she played with dad...
Her first drums...!



Then a new way of moving....



and to finish
some standing up
by herself in the bath...

Today there was a lot of cold wind
so Amané put Hideto's coat.
merci Hideto!!



And Amané's teeth are growing....



She's screaming because of the pain....



but sometimes she forgets the pain...
she can "stand up"
by herself...!



and at night her daddy
is playing her favorite song with the flute...

After some holidays taken with Amané
today I went back to work
and Amané to her nanny...



At night first she was really excited
and happy, to come back home....



but after a little while
I could feel her tiredness....



She tried too much
to stand up at her nanny's place!!

Today Amané made a huge step!

I heard a big laugh,

I came in her room...

She could stand up alone

in Hana's bed!

Bravo Mané!

On a fait le mochi chez Maya et Hiroshi...

On consomme le mochi lors des grandes occasions et en particulier pendant les fêtes du nouvel an. Sa préparation constitue un rite festif, et il est courant de voir fabriquer les mochi, en pleine rue, ou en public.

Au Japon l'expression « peau de mochi » désigné une peau douce et ferme mais rebondie. On pourrait l'assimiler à notre expression « peau de bébé », à la différence que « peau de mochi » s'applique uniquement aux femmes et possède une forte connotation sexuelle.

On l'a mangé après l'avoir fait

en l'enrobant de différents condiments au choix:

sauce soja, kinako, haricots rouges sucrés...

La veille on doit préparer le mortier en bois.

On le réchauffe avec de l'eau brûlante..

On fait cuire le riz gluant à la vapeur auparavant...

On frappe le riz avec rythme....

jusqu'à ce qu'il forme une pâte homogène

et qu'il brille, sans qu'un morceau de riz n'apparaisse.

On le retourne, le malaxe,

à la main régulièrement,

entre chaque coup de marteau...

Puis on le sort du mortier

et on en fait de petites boules...

Frais cela n'a vraiment rien à voir

avec celui qu'on trouve dans le commerce...

La texture et le goût sont réellement incroyables.

On s'est régalés!

We ate so many delicious foods!!!

Prepared during several days

by Ikuko and Wakako!!!

with Miwako, Kanaé, Hitomi, Ryoma...

Fuyuki, Shizuya, Hajime, Yoshitaka, Takashi....

Shina...

We ate an other ozoni....hummmm!!!

with saké...

and we also celebrate with champagne...
