Kids woke up at 6 am

to cook pancakes

by themselves !!!

And a big walk

all together...

to ride in the countryside !

Then going to the center of the city

Gaëlle, Amané, Yuta, did unicycling.

Ylan, Colin did skateboarding and scooter.

 

Cousins in Angoulême !

Cousins played together

and wanted to go

to our library !

 

New shelves

Yuta is building some shelves

in order to

reorganize his desk.

Amané is helping him.

 

Presents from Jiji and Baba

We received a huge packet

full of presents

from Jiji and Baba !

Amané loved those cards 

that Baba won !

And she kept wearing

Baba's jacket all day long........

(It smells Baba...!!)

This time it was the "young tournament"

Anaëlle, Marcu and Amané

finished 2nd !

Preparing for Christmas

One of my favorite thing to do

Didi's birthday

Jiji Nobuya offered a racket

to Amané several years ago.

Because she's taking it to school every day since,

it's quite destroyed...

But Amané wants to keep it

and play with it at Junior High...

So Didi tried to restore it !

Thank you Didi.

We were late to celebrate Didi's birthday

but we did it !

 

Ping pong

Important tournament of the best ones in the club.

All kids wear their shirts from the club

and most of them were here to encourage

their coachs and friends.

Nice club, like a family.

Amané finished 2nd.

At night she failed against a girl

she won in morning...

Mummy is reassured...

National is not yet..!!!!

 

Amané got the president of the club as a coach sometimes. 

He's still playing and his kids are really good at this sport too.

End of the day, late at night,

Amané is tired....!!!!

 

Junior high, piano, homework, ping-pong...

I had to meet all Amané's teachers !

And it was Wonderfull !

She went with me so she could hear all 

the beautiful things teachers said about her:

very clever, very mature, good general culture etc etc...

In primary school there was only one teacher 

who said that...

This time there were 10 to say

only congratulations and compliments !!

Bravo Amané !!!!

Those kinds of encouragements

give more power...

so she's studying more piano !!

and still homework...

And it was Dada's birthday !

She was away in the ocean side with her 3 sisters

so we could just sent picture !

And here is Amané's class:

she still doesn't have new friends

she's keeping Astrid and Jeanne

from her primary school.

She thinks other students are not so interesting... !!!!

Tournament: winners !!!

For all day

we went to a tournament

one hour car from Angoulême.

There were 2 littles players,

2 minimes,

and Lola as a coach (high school girl, option ping-pong). 

Amané played 8 individuals matches (she won 6)

and 4 doubles with Marcu (they won all).

Lola was really professional:

she saw the weaknesses of the others

and explained what to do.

The 2 winners !!!

Little bit disappointed

because there were no medals....!!!!

Good job kids !!!

 

Heavy schedule for 11 years old girls

In a week there's:

-one hour for piano...

and because she loves what her teacher  is proposing

(La dispute Tiersen, Valse Mozart, Lalaland BO)

she's playing and training a lot every day.

There's also a LOT of homework...

Not only exercices

but lot of lessons to know by heart.

It takes a lot of time

but Amané got really good marks

so it's working.

Her schedule for this first year of junior high

is 7h50/16h-17h 

And she's training ping-pong:

-monday (2 hours, private lesson with Stephane)

-wednesday (1h30 group lesson, 1h private lesson with Sarah)

-friday (1h group lesson)

That's an heavy schedule !!!

 

Afternoon with Gaëlle, Paul and Théotime

Gaëlle, her son Paul and his friend Théotime

came from Paris.

Kids ride scooter and 2 monocycles,

nice walk in the nature.

Ricochets.
