Saulieu, Pompom museum, basilique Saint Andoche

In Saulieu,

There's the Pompon's museum,

wonderfull sculptor...

Inside there was also

a room where we learned a lot about 

Bernard Loiseau

wich restaurant is still in Saulieu.

And then the Basilique Saint Andoche.

A nice guy

explained us a lot about a lot of details...

 

Museum of resistance and dad's exhibition

And because it's in the Morvan forest

there was a nice museum

about the differents maquis of resistance.

Vézelay and Saulieu

We said good bye to Julie

and went to Vézelay...

We ride kayak on the Yonne...

In Vézelay

we visited the Wonderfull basilique.

Inside we learned a lot about

the religious architecture.

And then Saulieu,

the café Parisien

where dad will expose his pictures..

Rosa Bonheur's castle

 

Amané read the biography 

of the painter Rosa Bonheur.

When Julie explained that her castle is just near

we went for a visit...

Bye bye primary school

Like mum, like dad,

Amané cried so much for the last day of school.

She could talk with a lot of people who are working there

and that she appreciates all day long.

She went out in the arms 

of a teacher in her kindergarten, 

then she passed into

 the arms of her CM1 teacher, Cm2. 

It was hard for her. 

I admit that I also had a few tears ....

We offered her a beautiful present

from Jiji and Baba,

and we decided to celebrate at the restaurant !

During the week-end, 

while she was still a little depressed,

we went to a 

concert Captain Parade, 

with her friend Elona, 

and there was a party for the last bye bye 

to her friend Youna.

Take advantage

 and take care

 of all these strong 

emotions Amané !!

from Amané's teacher !

I'm so proud of her !

She's got everything !

Of course she's very sad to quit 

the school she went for 9 years:

teachers, and all people working there

but also the building itself.
